right here the TV and the air conditioning the high ceiling I like it
and you can tell they are under construction so if you’re ready to make
an offer something like this can be a good price today also keep in mind that
the construction cost is going up so when you buy something that is ready to
go like this under a good price that’s a deal now they only have one bathroom
which is okay because you look in a house to retire or for vacation the
bathrooms right here the two bedrooms here so check it out the bathroom

I can see right away very updated very modern details a lot of details like the
cabinet here and the sink and the you know this is a piece of um ceramic
details like where you can put your band your glasses the mirror the Shelf the
toilet and the shower itself everything they use here is nice color and texture
make the place really modern and updated it’s a good sized bathroom with a shower
the high ceiling and the light features another touch that really makes this
place comfortable and nice looking so let’s keep going

see it’s very compact very very good I mean I like the way
they lay out this room the closet is made of PVC doors a lot of space right
here extra space in the top a single bed air conditioning a window where it can
let all the light and Breeze go in slide doors actually industrial ceiling fan
high ceiling light features actually they have four light bulbs upstairs in
the ceiling which is great and they leave space for your TV and connection
and probably another shelf like that so the house is itself present perfect
especially because you’re looking something close to the ocean not too big
not too expensive to maintain and I can’t tell the environment of this area
it’s safe and secure and not too far away from the beach which is a plus
you’re looking something to retire or look in something for a vacation with
not a lot of money for it I mean if you have a budget you want to put keep in
mind this is a good option let’s see what it looks like outside where the
barbecue and the swimming pool is let’s go

houses and something else they have it is also different it’s a stairs that
goes to the second level which is like a open balcony especially if you want to
enjoy the stars during the night that’s a good good touch the two houses are
exactly the same size with the same layout the same kitchen but something
you can eventually change some touch into it if you want to make it different
the swimming pool I can see is about six meters by two two pagodas right there
where you can put your hammock and you can have a barbecue a party with
barbecue which is great something else also I like about this place is the open
sense parking right there light features everywhere everything is made of
concrete and the grass obviously right now well the grass is brand new So
eventually it’s going to grow and get greener which is nice
that space is in between the two houses where they have the laundry the air
conditioning compressor and all the equipments and outside shower that is a
good touch especially if you’re using the swimming pool so if you’re looking
something either for living or to rent and you want to have like a Airbnb or a
passive income this is not a bad idea at all

any City in Nicaragua keep in mind to visit that place during the week and the
weekend always something can change during the weekend and the week maybe
it’s a noisy neighborhood maybe it’s not as safe as you thought it was because
during the day it looks different than during the weekend and during the night
