look at the details the lights above the table is actually really cool I like the
ceiling how they did all the lights above and also you can see they have
some cameras I like the fact that you can see all from here the swimming pool
area especially when you have your kids playing now the rest of the space is
distributed in between the sofa TV kitchen and your table look at this

actually the sink I like it the detail they have is stainless steel and then
the size of the stove and the counter and everything else actually you have
more details that you can finish it later but definitely the house itself is
well located and situated across I mean close to the Bay which is very important
sounds wonder zoo is a destination so if you if you have been thinking to have a
house to rent because you know vacation holidays High season this is one of

by Airbnb so then next door we have the next one right here this is a double bed
room AC and a little teeny tiny closet well depends what are you looking for
this is a rentable unit so you can have a bigger one or keep it that way
especially for vacationers then that’s the bathroom that’s gonna be for
the one and the second bedrooms because remember the main one has is someone so
actually we have three bedrooms and two bathrooms the sink and the rest of the

the swimming pool I like the size look at the size this is probably eight
meters long by three meters wide rectangle people love to enjoy the
swimming pool during the during the summer season outside shower a space for
your chairs you have a parking coming from the street and look at this
beautiful piece of furniture made of bamboo so right here it’s just
there you go I mean you can have fun in this place definitely outside they have
the area for the pump and the storage actually the house is very compact very
good for rental if you’re looking to invest something like this three
bedrooms close to the ocean this is a very good option
