beautiful Farm or Quinta with a house

I’m here with my friend Mario who lives in the United States for many many years
and he found a beautiful place it’s a paradise and when I mean it because the
location is something very important but you know what the land is amazing money
what what do you did in this place can you tell me
but let me tell you he did an amazing job with this place especially for those
people that are looking the perfect retirement area a place to you know to
enjoy life and it’s definitely eco-friendly it’s green the vegetations
the fruits and the view from the volcano is amazing water we have water from the
city water from the city electricity the electricity the cable for electricity is
the number zero number zero right [Music]
the house itself is over 850 square feet Yes 850 square feet which is ideal
especially you don’t want to have a huge house to keep running all the time two
bedrooms and two bathrooms a parking space with a roof so when you bring your
car your car is going to have a roof on the top and look at this Corridor
everything here is made with a local materials that you can feel and see the
texture easy to fix and easy to replace that’s very important when you buy a
property and look at this that’s a nice touch I love it you just come here and
relax and you can see the view from umbacho and you can see the feel of the
fruit trees like the papaya the lemon and the plantains there are a lot of um
the Landscaping in this place is unbelievable because the weather and the
altitude allows this place to grow almost everything in the meantime just
go and see the house nice [Music]
easy and simple I like the house high ceiling and they’re using a PVC in the
ceiling which is great then you have the two rooms
with H1 with vacuums and also can you can tell how they use all the textures
the wood the tiles and this and the concrete cement everything is designed
to make you feel like in the country big Windows keep a lot of airflow here and
look at this section for their breakfast in the morning the sink and everything
is located and situated so make this place very comfortable and how they
connect doors with the front house front part of the house and then from here we
can walk straight to the Palapas or the cabins where you have the dining area
and the kitchen the houses feel very comfortable very homey that’s something
important especially when you want to buy a place like this to rent or why not
to live this is very cozy [Music]

was telling me that they do the charcoal here so actually they produce everything
charcoal fruits and cafe and also you have cacaois
beans I wanted to see the the this idea of this kitchen because definitely the
kitchen is like an old school kitchen and it’s beautiful I love it I love it
you put the two fire section here and a grill right there and that charcoal is
from this Farm correctly so this is actually like going back in time it’s
beautiful right okay Mario love and he’s very shy but you know what when I’m
filming he loves to be in the middle of the films anyway don’t worry thank you
very much guy I’m gonna look into this kitchen right now because I love to cook
for my family and you do too of course
[Music] very cool pathway he designed something
that connects each section and look at this an outdoor bar and platanitos your
own platanos you know you everything here grows so amazing because the soil
is dark and very rich is a volcanic soil from here I can see the view of the
bacho beautiful view open land and look at the bar yesel check it out
very very cool very authentic this is very typical in Nicaragua especially
when you go to the ocean side or a farm people love to build this kind of cabins
actually guys I can tell you the main house is right there and then you have
outside bathrooms your kitchen the main Palapa for the dining area and then
little sharks like that with round tables where you can have fun I mean
have a great time with the family and your friends there is not a swimming
pool but that’s nothing impossible to do actually you have so much room here that
a pool can be perfect if you like alcohol otherwise you have enough room
to enjoy the time if you have pets they will love it the grass the fence the
locations and the sizing of this property is beautiful we have water
internet and power so actually guys you are all the conveniences to make your
life here very pleasant [Music]

to see in this place very organized that’s a storage room actually it was
the first house built here but now they use it to storage everything all the
materials and then a water tank very convenient a tower perfect again you can
see a nice view from the house and the parking space everything here is brand
new actually look at the house check it out
I like the way they use the stones and the brakes everything looks perfect and
then you have another section where you can rise your hands chickens roosters
plus bamboo you can grow bamboo in this section
which is perfect this is an avocado tree and then we have more and more that you
can get the lemon the plantains and corn they’re actually grow in corn right
there and they set up some trees of lemon and sour orange and over there is
the rest of these beautiful almost 2.3 acres in this section and in another
section you have another extra mansana which is another 1.72 Acres where you
can tell all the growing there so the whole package comes together
3.5 Acres the main house storage and everything in one package
the house is going to be sold completely furnished
