Welcome guys to another episode today I have a surprise we are on bokita beach
three bedrooms three bathrooms barbecue walking down to the beach here in bokita

so look at these guys this is an open concept great idea open the kitchen from
here you catch the view from the ocean where you have these stairs that going
down to the beach one thing about bokita guys it’s a safe place to go and swim
nearby you have all the facilities like gas stations you have restaurants and
the road that gonna connect to you directly to the diamba so in the
meantime check the whole place how they have so many doors which is perfect to
keep the cross ventilation and cool off inside the Sala the dining and the
kitchen

right here we have the three bedrooms let’s see and that’s where we have the
first bathrooms every bathroom is fully equipped shower toilet everything so if
you have friends also coming to visit you they don’t need to use their
bathrooms or their rooms we have another one outside especially when you’re
coming from the beach it’s great to clean your feet and right here
we have one of the rooms one of the three rooms you have your windows good
flow your closet ceiling fan that’s another room here
and right here I have this sweet one check it out look at this
really roomy a lot of space a lot of space and right here the window and the
bathrooms and another door which is a small closet something you could do in
this house is open that window with slight doors and connect directly to the
barbecue section and the Open Garden where we’re gonna walk in a few minutes
so let’s go and see [Music]
that’s the connection when you come from the street you don’t need to go through
the house actually you have an alley and boom right here you walk down to the
first open garden and we have another open section where you can have a
swimming pool and right there we have the barbecue facilities and from here
the nice view
look at the space perfect if you have kids coming to enjoy the day at the
beach that’s perfect you have a first wool
retained and a second one from where you can have the nice view from the ocean
and right here this is where you’re gonna enjoy at the party
for the barbecue it’s perfect cooked wash dishes and view from the ocean but
in the meantime when you have a party this is a really cool place to have fun
and enjoy the day with your family and right there guys that’s what I’m saying
you could have a beautiful pool from where you also catch that view

you see guys this is what I’m talking about this is where you can have a
beautiful swimming pool or why not a Palapa round tables and chairs and I can
catch the gray view from bokita area and the entire beautiful ocean right here
look at this guys if you’ve been looking the house right on the beach elevated so
