one of the things I like about a house on the beach is because you are on the
beach and you can walk directly this is the case look what they designed here a
round table for 15 people one five so you have 15 chairs made of local wood
nicely done this is very rustic but it’s pretty good because if you have a party
if you want to enjoy the holidays just watching the waves from here you have a
gate doors a like a swing shears and enjoy the breeze right there you have a
bar where you can obviously you can cook like a grill beers wine everything you
need and everything is covered by this nice roof I mean it looks like a tiki

that’s for Mama and Papa so basically if you bring a family imagine you have two
kids maybe three kids or your aunt or your grandma is right there but you and
your wife or you and your husband boom this is your the master and look at
the size of these bathrooms nice the same concept your toilet your shower and
everything will make you feel very comfortable so I understand the property
has a huge space for your parking space that’s very important when you buy a
property anywhere you go see this or Beach Farm properties Ocean View parking
is always a handicap not many properties can give you enough space for that this
is something different you can easily fit over six car even seven
oh
every time you’re looking for a place for having fun you always need room
right now to have a special spot like this where you can have a party and
waiting a honeymoon with your I mean with your partner or you really wants to
enjoy the time with your family and friends this is something that the honor
